We got a call from a homeowner on an island in Parry Sound. His roof and siding was in need of an overhaul and he was struggling to find a contractor who was capable of a remote, water access job. Luckily for him, we have our very own barge for exactly this! Once the quote and specifics were agreed upon, we sent our crew to the site to begin the roof replacement and siding job.

With our supply trailer at the boat launch, we made a few trips to the island to transport supplies and crew. The site was prepped and the existing shingles and siding were stripped and transported back to the boat launch where we had a dump truck waiting. The house was then ready for its new exterior and the crew got straight to it. Like clockwork, it started to take shape with the siding panels and shingles being installed. We had the owner and his dog pop by for a visit – we took him around the property and gave him a status update. He was happy seeing the progress and couldn’t wait to move back in. In a few days, the job was done and we took him through the final walkthrough. The crew cleaned up the site and left behind a pristine new cottage on an island, a happy Ainger Group customer… and a dog.

My dad recently needed to replace the siding & roof on his home along with some other exterior maintenance. The team was ethical, communicated well and were able to complete the job in a timely manner. He was quite pleased with the outcome and ease of communication. – Murray
