There were no major headlines announcing the official opening in 1990 of the business that we now know as The Ainger Group…but in the years since company founder Scott Ainger made his first sale, there have been many milestones. Today, we’re proud to be a family business serving a roster of amazing customers, and we’re excited about the fact that our focus has expanded beyond the cleaning services we initially provided to include an extensive range of building repair, four-season landscape maintenance, and roofing capabilities.

More than 30 people work in our organization today and we consider our teamwork to be a key advantage in our drive to meet our customers’ exacting demands for excellence. We hire staff members on the basis of their ability to work at a high level of proficiency, for starters, but we also look for a kind and compassionate people who have a great attitude and who will take on whatever is thrown their way.
