We got a request for a full roof replacement on a large, four-storey house in Collingwood. The customer wanted to replace the ageing shingles that were showing signs of wear and tear. Our assessment specialists went out and after a thorough analysis, provided a quote and timelines. Once agreed upon, our crew arrived on site and started the tear-down.

We began installing the new roof, using Owens Corning TruDefinition® DURATION® Shingles. To ensure the roof system works optimally, we replaced the old flat roof vents with WeatherPRO® Ventilators – this provides ideal attic ventilation that mitigates problems of ice-damming, energy inefficiency, etc. We made it a point to keep the customer in the loop at all stages of the install by providing progress reports with pictures and descriptions of every stage. The crew fired on all cylinders till the job was done. Once complete, our project manager did a walk-around with the customer to answer any questions and explain the new install. The site was cleaned up and the debris transported away. The end result was a beautiful house in Collingwood with a new lease of life and another happy Ainger Group customer.
