This Bracebridge job was one we particularly enjoyed – simply put, it was water access and we got to use our barge! The customer called about their house on an island in desperate need of a new roof and siding. The existing shingles were in a bad shape, causing leaks and energy loss due to lake effect weather. Prior to finding us, they struggled to find a contractor capable of servicing on an island. They chose to go for a new metal roof and cedar shake siding for an aesthetic appeal. We loaded the barge and set sail to the site.

The crew unloaded the material and began the tear-down of the old roof. The site was then cleared up and prepped for the new metal roof installation. Sheet by sheet, it started to take shape. The process ran smooth with the debris being transported back to the mainland and the new material being brought in. In parallel, the Cedar Shake siding was installed on the front and rear of the house to achieve the desired look the homeowner was going for. In about three days, the job was complete and we did a thorough cleanup of the job site. We took the homeowner on a walkthrough and answered questions. Needless to say, they were thrilled with their new roof and we were happy we got to create another happy Ainger Group customer.
