This Barrie homeowner had an old shingle roof that was well past its prime. There were constant repairs required due to ice damming issues that caused water to leak through the roof and enter the house. This ended up causing flooding, stains and mold that spread rapidly. They needed a one-time solution that was durable, had a high wind resistance and offered a certain aesthetic appeal they were going after. A metal roof was the obvious choice, given their specific requirements.

Within a couple of days from when our Assessment Specialist met with them, they were slotted in. Our crew arrived on site and began the tear-down of the old shingle roof. Once that was out of the way and the site was cleaned up, they began installing the new metal roof. Phase by phase and through a rainstorm, the new metal roof started taking shape. We were determined to complete the job in under two days and ended up doing just that. Before the evening on the second day, we were done, site cleaned up, new metal roof installed and one happy homeowner.
