Position Overview:
We’re looking for high-energy, confident communicators to join our growing team. If
you have a background in customer service and a natural instinct for sales, you’ll
thrive here. As the face of the Ainger Group, you’ll build instant rapport with
prospective clients and articulately champion our value proposition to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meet onsite for team huddle and plan for the day.
– Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighbourhoods daily.
– Follow mapped routes and strategic targeting criteria provided by leader
– Initiate conversations with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner.
– Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of the company’s roofing services.
– Assess homeowner interest and qualify leads for further consultation.
– Set up free, no-obligation inspections or estimates with interested homeowners..
– Accurately record all lead information using company-provided systems or forms.
– Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture
– Represent the company’s brand with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
– Ability to take ownership of personal productivity and strive for continuous
improvement.
– Ability to remain adaptable and open to changes in canvassing strategies or
processes.
– A valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.Benefits:
